Job Position: Facilities Manager

The company has a vacant position for Facilities Manager (SOC 1251) to support the set up and manage the properties in the name of the company. The position will be reporting to the Founder Chairman and be responsible for conceptualising and executing the growth strategy of the busines- transforming the business to a modern, technology driven real estate company.
The incumbent will be responsible for developing sales strategies, identify growth opportunities for the company, recruiting & building a commercial team and reviewing execution of agreements and allotments of properties. The person will have knowledge of emerging trends in business development and operations in property management, establishing personal networks & updated industry SOPs.
Role & Responsibilities
• Developing, enhancing, implementing of comprehensive sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales.
• To scan the market, identify opportunities for business growth, prepare and implement growth plans.
• Delivering positive customer experience to a distinguished client base
• Implement mechanism for evaluation
• Oversee the development and management of internal sales operations & processes.
• Review and ensure proper execution and documentation of application, agreements and allotments.
• Analyse client requirements on the purchase of property and land.
Gross Salary
£ 40,100 p.a
